Survey Shows eCube Scores High in Customer Satisfaction

Additionally, more than 92% of customers rated eCube’s service solutions as very good or excellent. An IT professional from a large bank stated “We have a product that needs specialized support and they are the only ones who can meet our needs. They are a respected company who serve us well.†Bill Viera, an IT manager with a large international technology and manufacturing company added, “Nothing but excellent support from a technical standpoint. Customers praised eCube’s technical prowess and personal responsiveness. “We are extremely proud of our staff’s technical and interpersonal skills,†said Jimmy Maher, eCube’s Worldwide Manager, Engineering Services, “and their ability to quickly solve customer problems.â€
