Groundbreaking for long-awaited Portales II building in Scottsdale, Arizona

- SCOTTSDALE, AZ, September 08, 2005 - Portales II recently broke ground. A sister to the award-winning Finova building, Portales II is a 175,000 square-foot class A office building. Located on the northwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard in Scottsdale, it is owned by Forum Capital, LLC. The building is scheduled for completion in July 2006.
"This building adds to the overall development and will be a true asset to its owner and tenants" stated DFD Principal Joe Worrall. "We are pleased with the success of the Finova building and believe Portales II will capitalize and continue that success."
