July 2008, Nottingham, UK - 360 Scheduling’s software product suite has been chosen by Adeuza, as the strategic scheduling and optimization engine for its award-winning Movalys Mobile Workforce platform. Adeuza, Europe’s leading provider of mobile workforce management solutions, has been working closely with 360 for the last 18 months to deploy the integrated Movalys/360 solution into two of the world’s largest mobile workforce management projects, in the Utilities and Telco industries respectively, scheduling in excess of 50,000 resources.
“By integrating the 360 Dynamic Scheduling Engine (DSE) into our core Movalys platform we are now able to optimize the assignment of jobs to technicians in line with over 200 different parameters including, skills, travel distances, parts availability and SLAs,” said Bruno Renimel, Directeur Général of Adeuza. “The 360 Dynamic Scheduling Engine also enables us to offer our customers a full appointment booking facility. When emergency jobs come into a service centre using our Movalys platform, the dispatcher simply interrogates the DSE, which suggests available slots and then adjusts the schedules accordingly. It is easy for service centre staff to reassure customers and know with certainty that their job will be dealt with swiftly. This is really impressive,” continued Renimel.
